TSTC - CCG Investor Relations did the same thing with UTA after the Bronte Capital hit by holding a CC.

UTA closed 4.35 on the day the CC was announced (9/20/10), and it is now up 66% since then to $7.20 in 4 short months.

If TSTC and CCG handle this call as well as UTA did, this is a great buying opportunity!
