TSTC: yes, i sent them an email last week suggesting an UTA type CC to address the allegations and investors's concerns.


Dear Sir/Madam:

As a longtime investor of TSTC, I am pleased to see the PR come out today that rejects all allegations by TFF. I believe that's the proper response for now. However I really think the Company should issue very soon an update about Q4/2010 as well as a positive guidance for 2011 to reassure investors. Possibly, the Company could point out that all valid concerns about financials (Longterm and Shorttrem A/R and other issues like Quell) will be addressed in detail in a special Conference Call (like UTA. When can we expect the guidance and do you plan any CC to adress the allegations or any concerns investors may have about the Company?
