It is because the last 10-K covered the period in which RTGV was a developmental stage company, before they booked these revenues. The explanation I heard was that for accounting reasons that 10-K needed to focus on the old company. The 10-Q due out now is the first one to focus on the new operating RTGV company, so revenue will be included.
