First of lets clarify the Q. It will be reviewed tomorrow then all directors have to sign off. I am betting we don;t see it until Thursday. No biggie its there it will come . As far as the promo. This is not the kind of promo you are use to. Usually these promo groups front load a stock before they put any news out. Your typical pump and dump This is a legit promo company. There is no front loading. They are going to be at this for months not a week and gone. They are here to build investors That being said they do their first work when the next PR comes out. It will go to a solid up to date 3M mailing list. That's just step 1. We will likely see the first PR this week. Every PR going forward and every development, ( which we expect many) will go through the same process. We also have Reggie working in Europe with partnered promo groups. Patience and stop being a baby lol
As far as dilution goes. Anyone can read the filings. They have been operating for years. They have managed their share structure in a excellent manner. No one can argue that. The insiders are not selling there are no forms The company has no registered shares Vendors do get shares and sell them from time to time. Until revenues/profits kick in we will get some of that. But the amount of dilution in this manner is small and will have no effect on where this stock will head in the weeks to come
Everything else is still a go. The meetings are scheduled and will take place. This is ready to run don't be distracted by a Q that will be out in a day or two tops
Look at First Financial News. This is a reputable Promotion company with a very strong list of investors. They will have a big impact especially considering they will work for months
