Yes it does matter, because the amount of shares the company has given out as payment for services rendered is still fairly small, and even most of those are still on restriction. Its not like the company has a s-8 to sell 75 m shares either. There just are not that many free trading shares out there. The stock just needs one day of 15 M + volume to weed all the flipper and disgruntled shareholders out under .03 or so, then it will be set to run to double digits.
