Record date for spin-off will be a forward date before the end of the Fiscal Year to get the maximum appreciation in the year ending share price. My guess is that actual spin-off will occur just before the end of the Fiscal Year to get everything into FY 2011 and under cover of immediately audited books by Ernst & Young. Start the new FY 2012 with PTQ standing alone with audited books makes a lot of sense to me.
