I haven't closely followed ONCP in almost a year, so please be patient with me. Just observing that at the present time ONCP isn't named as a defendant. ONCP has provided documentation previously, but I'm just now trying to read and understand what has previously transpired. I'm not a legal expert, but I would think that based upon the present information released by the SEC, the previous information release as described may be cancelled in whole/part?
