I would agree that ONCP would break the contract with Gendarme if they manipulated ONCP stock. However, the problem is - Did ONCP management know that Gendarme was doing this? Anyway the damage is done by Gendarme and the PPS sit at 0.0001.

I am just hoping that management will take the time and release a PR with some useful information.
