I don't think we'll see anything this week


Just a gut feeling, sort of like I guessed we would not see anything before the 15th, and then they would hit us with an excuse on the weekend. Luckily people have chilled out somewhat, and hopefully the PPS holds tomorrow and the rest of week. Mind you if they keep delaying this endlessly, we all know the PPS won't hold forever. Considering we know nothing about the terms of the JV, it's possible that the current PPS has already priced in the JV. GLTA

I sure hope not. Deliver the signed JV and move on. A signed JVA and money in the bank is the best shot Medinah can take at them.
