There was a post a while back discussing that.
I beleive they have had a little to much of the nonsense and do plan on taking legal action against those that maliciously attack the company and spread lies and attempt to state rumors that are blantly false for the sole purpose causing financial harm to the company and their stockholders. I also think they would like to contribute to this practice which harms many legitimate companies trying to do business in this enviroment as well.
Many legal precedents do exist for this and several companies have succeeded in the past. The violators know, many of their co horts know or have experienced that.
Not that it will deter them, as they are clueless to anything outside of their little keyboards.
Fortunately for the violators, they are a little busy now obviously, and they are not front and center. Once out from under the NDA and post JV, I think it may show up on an EARLY TO DO LIST.
