In my opinion that question would be best directed at CDIV.

I am merely a shareholder of CDIV aware of all risks involved with stocks in the Pinks.

That combined with my DD has dictated my LONG position on CDIV.....;-)

Obviously the 1st and 4th option may be the case as it is with every limited pink. If you feel strongly about that, feel free to start a board banning all limited info pinks.
