So which one or more of these criteria do you feel describes the reason(s) for Cascadia's inclusion in the Pinksheets Limited Information Market tier?

"financial reporting problems, economic distress, or in bankruptcy" or "unwilling to meet OTC Markets' Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information"
