Serge resigned on 5 Jan according to the 8K and this e-mail was sent on the 11th. Why is Serge responding to e-mails if he resigned from the Company? Also, a Form 4 was filed that Serge sold all his shares (6.1M) on the 5th yet the Street came out with a PR stating he bought 6.1M shares. Yahoo Finance Insider Transactions also states Serge purchased 6.1M shares. What is going on here?
