ok .. curious to see what you have

i know the co. is legit .. i know
that jd and glenn have integrity
and character .. i know the router
went down for 6 weeks .. i know that
shipments couldn't go out the door
i know it's been back up for just
under 2 months now running essentially
24/7 .. i know that etc was *tweaked*
for 14 months b4 launch on 9/15/2009

i know what the process is from the TA
(meaning the crap done on 11/29/2010 was
a major screwup by whichever entity has
been shorting EXPH for 2 years now and
has to be *carried* unless they can get
longs to sell .. which isn't happening)

what i don't know jerry .. is the name of
the new ceo .. background .. comp pkg which
includes whether holding common or pref'd
shares (which matters to me) .. i don't know
if the co. will be taken private to allow etc
to both access the 25M or so i estimate that
100M (one acct at full penetration) will require

what i'm expecting is .. full transparency which
imo covers a lot more than just fins/forms/etc
retail/ceo and bod

until lineman pete's post about the show (i don't
care that it's *regional* .. it's exposure) i'd
forgotten about that *update* from over a month ago :)

anyhow you've certainly piqued my curiosity with your
post .. and i have to tell you .. that takes some doing

Jerry...no offense intended but if you have something post it. EXPH has enough cryptic, unintelligible "conspiracy theory" and other lame and leading "it's so obvious I refuse to post it" BS floating around. It serves no purpose whatsoever but to reinforce a belief that EXPH is a completely legit company that has a possibility of survival acting strictly as such...financing included. They do not. It is pointless to post highly leading statements concerning bombshell drop opinions without giving an explaination that people can understand as to how your conclusion was arrived at. If I didn't have a much higher opinion of you, I might even suggest it was deceptive but I am certain that was not your intent. IMHO.

Maybe a huge apology before it's over. After months and months of quietly investigating some things I am left stunned by what I discovered and/or uncovered.

Is it good or bad about the company? Anything you can share without giving enough info.
