#89291 RE: Sud13 #89290

In all sincerity, I can't get one ounce of information from Fidelity. The letter came from Fidelity Risk Management, signed by Anthony Troisi, Risk Analyst.

From the day my account was transferred from my former brokerage firm to Fidelity, I have had zero transactions up thru the date of this letter. No buys, or sells on anything.... nothing. I don't even know what a Fidelity confirmation looks like yet.

In my transfer I also transferred a REIT. That's a story in itself. Matter of fact the whole situation I find myself in would be an unbelievable course of events if I tried to tell it. The TV show Dallas would be downright tame compared to the way I've been mistreated. Both my old Brokerage firm and Fidelity utilize Fidelity's subsidiary National Financial to clear. Remember that name National Financial Services.

In a nutshell, nothing's really changed for me except for the front firm. I set GTC's on every share with both firms. A week or two later I get almost the exact same letter telling me to leave, they can no longer service my needs. Strange when I had yet asked Fidelity to service any of my needs.

Time will tell this story, and I'll forgive but they have not heard the last of me.
