Good article. Pretty much nails what a little DD can help you realize about a company. I see you posted it on that forum. That's good =)

Pretty big red flag when a company claims those kinds of assets and operations (600 employees) yet no proof can be found to verify any of it and they don't even have a headquarters that you can reach anybody to talk to.
