In4, you could be right about what you say. That's a very possible scenerio, but they didn't want to say anything IMO about being "shut down" because that would scare off the PP deal and not get the SP over $1 for 30 days to clear out the .65 warrants. As Lo indicated they HAD to have the PP go through to keep from defaulting in their DB agreement to pay down the last of the senior notes.
What concerns me over the longer haul is if they're indeed having these bad production quarters because of the rainy season down there what does that mean? Two good quarters in the dry season and two bad quarters for the rainy season? That ain't gonna work.
I suspect you'll have a nice buying opp. next week on this bad news.
