Your joking right? Where is the dilution? I see no dilution as of yet, I do see a strong company in the making that needs some time in the spotlight.

NO dilution here!! Not that many shares available either. Supply of cheap shares has been drying up these last few months and I think JEDM is ready for some movement upwards. Only bad news is that somebody is desperately trying to bring the stock price down by selling small portions at around 0,01. At this moment is seems there a enough people are aware and accumulating at 0,012. The company is busy figuring out who's so desperate selling. Maybe a ticker change can help us here. I think it won't be long till that happens and after that we will see financials and uplisting. JMO
