Dilution yes, alot of it. Their sales figures suck, so they sell and sell stock to make up the difference. I suspect the technology can be lucrative in the future even if the company doesnt make it. One would expect at least radio play to pump sales to college kids, but adverts aint happening thats why dilution is.
