You are looking at it as a loan, I am looking at it as an investor that liked what they saw in lbsr. We do not know if this was solicited or not, with the amount being low I am leaning toward unsolicited

That was really funny :-) What a great 8K filing we had after all this wait..sigh! JB..JB..JB..What can I say..Anyway, at least someone could have thought the float/trading range is too tight and was not confident of accumulating 1.3 million shares before a "material event"??

On the positive side, the so called "accredited" investor has shown interest in LBSR's potential is considered a good thing for us shareholders. IMHO, an individual dropping 50K USD in LBSR is a big thing. If the person had to gamble, he/she would have purchased those shares in the open market but what if they are not able to buy within a specified period of time? Think..think..think..BIG NEWS expected or something..who knows..well..fingers crossed!

OT. Back in 2007 we came to Portugal with my daughter who was 13 at the time to play soccer. We were mostly in Anadia but we did do alot of traveling around. What a beautiful country you live in! That trip made me realize how much us Americans waste...
