What a great 8K filing we had after all this wait..sigh! JB..JB..JB..What can I say..Anyway, at least someone could have thought the float/trading range is too tight and was not confident of accumulating 1.3 million shares before a "material event"?? On the positive side, the so called "accredited" investor has shown interest in LBSR's potential is considered a good thing for us shareholders. IMHO, an individual dropping 50K USD in LBSR is a big thing. If the person had to gamble, he/she would have purchased those shares in the open market but what if they are not able to buy within a specified period of time? Think..think..think..BIG NEWS expected or something..who knows..well..fingers crossed!
