What good does maintaining a false veneer of optimism do for our investments? Especially considering the stock is revoked? Its not even like we can pump it and dump the losses onto others, so there's no point other than to avoid dealing with the reality which is obviously too painful for many here to want to accept.

Considering that Mr. Toms is still running another publicly traded company we can only assume that he at least somewhat values his reputation. Wouldn't it make sense that he would want to silence those of who are smearing him publicly on a daily basis? This is his pressure point. Perhaps by telling the truth about what this con artist has done we can coerce him into action or at the very least stop him from victimizing others and possibly have him brought to justice.

Let's put this into a simple analogy. A man picks your pocket (Toms) and starts running down the street with your wallet. Do you (A) remain silent, pretend it didnt happen to those who witnessed it to deflect embarrassment, and try to put it out of your mind hoping the thief has a change of heart and returns your property or (B) chase the bastard down the street shouting bloody murder in an effort to draw as much attention to your assailant as possible to coerce him to drop your wallet? Even if he gets away and you never get your wallet back others will be alerted and the law will be on his tail.
