I don't know what has been sold, but here is what I know:

1. HLNT owns Highline Hybrid (Asset #1)
2. HLNT owns Boe-Tie truck load (Asset #2)
3. HLNT owns Hoss Motor (Asset #3)
4. HLNT owns and is going to own JV#1, JV#2, JV#3 from Dong Feng Motor.

So, whatever asset it was, it's sold, and 5+M $$$ is good for HLNT.

It is ASSET, not DEBT. Read?

Get off ot it HughPD. That is so old. You are now just pulling things up.
Face it. We may be in a downslump from no news but this little company will start turning it up a notch in Spring. And there is nothing you can do about it.

That goes back to the DealerAdvance asset purchase agreement with Humphries and NIR. All part of the purported fraud involving Humphries, Walters, NIR et al which is viewable in the counterclaim by HLNT. You can find the info on pages 15-22.

DealerAdvance(Humphries) sold the software twice, which was illegal, and transferred the obligations each time to NIR. Oops! This was eventually passed on to SSEV when Humphries combined DealerAdvance and Systems Evolutions. When the current management took over this was never disclosed. The current management was told there were no third party obligations. Oops! So, it is all part of the scam by NIR, Humphires and Walters, and is well documented by HLNT's counsel.

Not looking good for NIR, Humphries and Walters. Pretty damning stuff in the counterclaim.
