DealerAdvance(Humphries) sold the software twice, which was illegal, and transferred the obligations each time to NIR. Oops! This was eventually passed on to SSEV when Humphries combined DealerAdvance and Systems Evolutions. When the current management took over this was never disclosed. The current management was told there were no third party obligations. Oops! So, it is all part of the scam by NIR, Humphires and Walters, and is well documented by HLNT's counsel.
Not looking good for NIR, Humphries and Walters. Pretty damning stuff in the counterclaim.
