I am in no way familiar with PDI's ability to win additional contracts outside of PTQ and alot of what I know about PDI has been gathered here and a couple of other boards.
When you think of it PDI will be bidding on work on the Canal which is almost the same distance from Cerro Colorado. If they are "in" in Panama Government and business they should be able to cherry pick good work and we know Cerro Colorado will need lots of power and roads. I have been in the area before and the road infrastructure is not so great will need alot of work.
