In the article it refers to Cerro Colorado which is in another concession area far west of Petaquilla's concession area, that is ultimately the traditional lands of the Ngobe Bugle peoples. A friend of mine works in the area and has been very successful in bringing mining and the locals together.

The 14 are interested in bidding on Cerro Colorado not Cobre Panama that PTQ/Inmet have tied up. Cerro Colorado is another 38 billion pound copper deposit.
