Since there hasn't been a peep, Tweet, news release or SEC filing, how do you know that the investing community at large, aside from the bunch on this board, are even aware of the doubling of the outstanding shares? (Yahoo's market cap calculation is still based on 35 million common shares.)

Since there has been no public release of this critical information, I doubt very much if it's been "priced into the stock price".

As far as Matthews....I agree.....EI is "all in" with Matthews, and has obviously gotten out of the cat and dog business.

If Matthews falls through.....EI is toast.

If Matthews lights a fire under sales, it might get interesting. Having not heard one word on that score for some weeks....I have my doubts. I'm a "glass half-empty" kind of guy.

Why is it all in the Matthews basket for EI to be successful? Isn't this a well balanced company with a diversified product line? Remember, there were some here that had the same exuburance for EI before Matthews. EI was going to do well long before anybody knew who Matthews was. They were going to be just fine with the Uplisting, MLB, StarTrek, Collegegiate Line, PM, Cat/Dog Line etc, etc. Matthews is only a small part. It should never be a sink or swim situation. This company has 6 years under their belt, exclusive licensing. industry experts. No company, after this long in the industry, would rely on a single segment for success. We just recently learned how excited the company (and a few posters) is about the Kiss Kaskets. Kiss didn't need Matthews previously. They now have EI. A team. I guess I'm not surprised that some always push the current PR to the limits of failure and then hop on the next one. Personally, I think the LOU is dormant at best, and I wouldn't be surprised if it dies altogether. But EI has all these other things "working" for them. However, as they quickly lose value on the stock price, they may have to sell a trinket or two in order to pay the utilities.
