I've been doing a little reading up on 3rd party releases. There appears to be a huge problem with the judges and those releases.

In our case - they're worth billions.

IF you are one of the 3rd parties - do you want to waste years and tons of money fighting through litigation?

OR

Would you rather just pay now and avoid all post BK litigation?

** The debtors should be the ones who decide what the releases are worth **

Now, if the EC were to sign on to PORv.X - the releases would not be a problem.
