All good questions.

1. The tax loss carry forward I believe will run with the shell.
In my opinion this is a huge benifit.

2. I won't be a bit surprised if the shell is placed with a private company wanting to go public with nothing to do with the old Voyant and technology.

3. My understanding Prodignet bought Rocketstream so I believe that is gone.

Most of the other technology was know how and engineering drawings and specifications/notes. It is unknown how much Brown Family got that was actually tanagable. I think that water company in Florida did have some kind of working radio(s)
