Here is the original filed proposal for future claims/development "withdrawl" filed with Department of Interior (BLM) Federal Register Dated: December 5, 2008 (Volume 73, Number 235) & not effective until January 5th 2009

Briscoe had most claims filed before 2007, hope he doesn't let the Fed's walk all over him.

Yes, this was a discussion we had on this board during the summer. In fact, LBSR owns 17% of all of the claims in the area of the Grand canyon, the largest holder of claims for one company in the region. Many are not awware of that. I am glad you brought this subject up once again. You may want to look over these posts and follow them.
