Hey SGR, Just thought I would share an interesting piece of information with you, The BLM is due to make their decision in regards to the Future Mining/Breccai in the first part of 2011... With Briscoes valid claims already filed, his claims are exempt from this ban and grandfathered in to continue developing/mining, if he so wishes
