I for one am simply shocked - shocked I tell you! - to see that Rick has been misleading this board. I'm sure it was unintentional - lol!

But since he has our best interests at heart, I'm sure he'll continue to warn us away from AMEP - for our own good, of course.

That's the problem, falcon. The company hides its financing arrangements. Do you know how they are financing operations? They don't seem to be making money. If they are, can you point me to the facts? Why does the company gag the TA? No reputable company gags the TA. Gagging usually means they are hiding something you would want to know about. Like maybe the authorized shares. So, unless Bitters clues us in as to these other financing arrangements, shareholders will continue in the dark. You better hope there will be no CDs issued to finance operations. If there are, you might as well close out your account in my opinion.
