Your guess is as good as mine on the fed case, but Pattin back. Come on, he was there for a number of years and Calypso only got further in hock. How did he help advance Calypso ? What did he do ? What did he do that was the "right way" ?
Give me something to go on here. From what I recall Pattin signed the 2009 agreement that the Daic parties and Calypso agree is not an enforceable agreement. What did he do to help Calypso ?

Why do you think Calypso needs to settle with Diac? It's the other way around! DD's greed has been blatant by now and the courts in my best estimate will see that he is liable for being destructive to this little entrepreneur company that could. I think you're a shill for DD to collect cheap shares knowing that your party has no chance in hell in a jury court, unless HE himself settles with Calypso now!
