I say nothing is announced from the Fed Case until there is a resolution (settlement) in the state case. Get on the ball Dave and get this settled so we can move on. The BOD does not (for what ever reason) follow SEC rules. If the shares were sold to repair a roof (poor excuse)and he knows he has time to buy them back prior to an increase then that would be trading on insider information....Like I said before...We need Richard Pattin back charge to get things done the right way. He is not the one that borrowed $30,000 from Drago is he, No that would be Turini.
