Thank you All for your comments and support of receiving updates from me in between Attorney Hodges updates to the Shareholders.

I do not understand the dinar effect on the CMKX Distribution. I have not received any confirmations from Attorney Hodges this year. I understand the silence is due to security reasons. I can only go on by what I have from Attorney Hodges since I am still a plaintiff. I am not denying any of the information provided by other sources circulating around the CMKX Forums. I can only confirm the information provided by other sources as "the same as Attorney Hodges, not the same as Attorney Hodges, or I don't know until I receive verification from Attorney Hodges". Please understand why I cannot provide my opinions. My opinions will be misconstrued as facts. Also, I cannot and will not address every rumor that is posted. Some of the rumors are provided in attempts to glean sensitive information or create confrontations.

The information I provide from Attorney Hodges is current and accurate at the time of posting the information. Changes do occur as we all know too well. I will continue to provide the Shareholders any updates from Attorney Hodges as long as the information will not compromise the distribution of the CMKX Funds. I support Attorney Hodges and his determination to release the CMKX Distribution Funds to the Shareholders. I am sorry for the repetition of the above information...I just wanted the Shareholders to understand my position and the fact it hasn't changed.

I will let you know if I hear anything from Attorney Hodges.

The post below is right on the money. The dinar RV has zero to do with CMKX, it is just the most recent excuse. Assuming the dinar does RV, another excuse will present itself.

It did just like the clearing of the snow, just like the passing of the health bill, just like the passing of the financial reform bill, just like waiting for the Black farmers and native Indians to get paid, just like waiting for the newly elected officials to get updated on our situation, just like waiting for Cotrel to get paid, just like waiting for the money to clear the west coast bank, that one was very good by the way, and like many other excuses.

Any one expecting big news from Al's update is setting them self for big disappointment. IMO
