A lot of our anger with the judge is misplaced. It belongs with the Debtors, who were supposed to be representing our interests, and of course, haven't been.
No way. There is no longer a 3.1a asset list anymore. IT HAS BEEN DESTROYED, SHREDDED IMO. No way, an asset list exists that Susman Godfrey couldn't have found by now and not have used to get equity back in the game. If so why wait to disclose it?
I think THJMW knows this so she's not wasting her time on it and instead focusing on trying to out maneuver Rosenturd into making a deal with Equity. It is like God vs Satan. In order for God to defeat Satan He must cunningly make him believe that he is in control and has the power so that Satan can then just fall into his own trap. All in my humble opinion of course and according to the tenets of common sense (in other words I could be wrong) :-D
