Since BEDA has "decided to accept these shares as part of its issued and outstanding shares" BEDA stock value will be negatively affected forever. BEDA and all who currently hold BEDA stock have been financially affected by "these additional shares".

A Class Action Lawsuit on behalf of shareholders certainly seems like a viable discussion topic. Maybe not against BEDA but definitley against all parties who engaged in moving "these additional shares" into the portfolios of the shareholders.

I did. I told him I will contact SEC ( which I did) for what he wants to do. Who gave him the right to dump the shares on us? that just shows he is guilty, otherwise wouldn't accept these shares
