#2824 RE: eaglesurvivor #2822

On my runs I have CD's on top of my fence swinging in the wind which reflection I hear is suppose to stop the eagles and hawks. Also due to not wanting to clip wings have some nylon string across the runs cause some of them liked to fly out to go lay an egg in the bushes so they could laugh at me while I went looking for them. Then my dog turned into an egg lover getting to them before me. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! So I had to break a few of them of that habit.

Another thing to think about is eagles and hawks they need room to land. They can't come in like a regular bird so higher your fence in your run the better. If you slant your fence in the run at the top into the run that is another factor that might make them have lunch at your neighbors instead.

We have lots of eagles and hawks around here and so far not a problem. Those CD's I really like cause any wind they move around and really reflect great.
