newcomer, you saw the correct time to sell today, in the mad rush, after the spam mail went out and people were jumping in without looking, but one never knows who all has been paid to run the stock. One thing I believe is that the price will go much lower when the financiers want to convert their preferred shares(at $.0006 they will get 15billion shares or so),
If we also apply the assumed conversion price of $0.0006 as a guide to the number of shares that we may need to reserve in respect of the December 2008 and 2009 Securities, then we will need to issue 15,753,946,667 shares to pay the outstanding principal amount of the December 2008 and 2009 Securities. and this will happen sometime between now and the annual report due in April, I think.

At $7,000.00 a MagShoe that inventory represents maybe 31 machines MAXIMUM, so don't be looking for a decent shareprice based on business. It took IDOI's 10 full time employees all year to build those. ha and half of them may be obsolete and unfinished.
One thing you might do is watch(not for tips) Lebed lebed.biz , IDOI hasn't used him in a pump in a while. If he touts it try to get out when his followers are stumbling over each other to get in. I think the last round of paid touts is about finished, or at least their pay has been reduced, but I suppose there are dozens more waiting for an advertisement fee. So only the insiders know, and can be here making bets on share price. ha Watch this board and when countless new people come in on Sunday touting graphs and deep DD, it is usually a good time to sell Monday morning when a good price is available. It is not a good idea to hold these penny stocks for long unless you get in really cheap and can afford to wait, and lose your entire investment.

newcomer, I have no idea what may happen with IDOI tomorrow.
It would be better to ask ANNIBull and all, they seem to have a direct line to inside business.
No way would I hold for a year with for sure big time dilution coming.
