THE MEANING IS THAT THE CO. AND IT'S PARTNER KNOW FOR SURE there will be production revenues( "The West Virginia Properties alone are expected to deliver approximately USD $30 Million in revenues annually".)THAT IS a brilliant financing method based on future receipts, but the meaning is HUGE- if both sides whouldn't be sure about those numbers( the 30m revenues), the deal couldn't be completed
