"Why would I want to buy the stock back at cheaper levels only to potentially see more questionable statements that will scare more investors out of the stock. I think it is obvious what is going on here. I think my Congressman needs to be involved."
Well given that these "questionable statements" are truths - I guess they would be scary if you invest without doing your own due diligence to validate any claims made on these boards.
