Youve got to be kidding. It is 100% totally nonfunctional. Paychest exists as a website to tout this scammy shell. Thats all it is.

I guess you werent following it when they actually created the site and tried to take money and banking regulators forced them to give the money back. or when Ebay banned them. Or the infamous Vietnam deal from 3 or 4 years ago. None of this is suprising since The Dominion is financial crime syndicate.

Heck it was discovered they basically grabbed some of the material in it from Stormpay.com and forgot to change the names and addresses in it. It was hilarious.
