The more I think about it, the less sense it makes.

The parties sit around the table and agree that NOK gets 30 more days.

Then it's IDCC's turn and, since NOK got about 60 days to reply, one would think 30 days would be a slam dunk.

This stop and go stuff is more than a little irritating.
