I'm sorry but in no way, shape, or form is what i posted misleading.
It is a fact that some creditors settle during BK 11, even principal creditors.

If i were a creditor, and my principal money had been tied up for years, with nothing in return. You can't tell me they would not settle for some form of payment, atleast the org. loan amount.

I do know deals are made once a Co. files for BK 11, be it paid in full with intrest or org. loan amount without intrest or a whole new deal all together.

No debt is hidden, the post simple stated that only the insiders know the true debt of CPRK. Remember the Q part and chapter 11 means "RESTRUCTURE" and that means .................. what ever it takes to become a working Co. agian.
