stop trying to mislead, the scenario that you're presenting is a settled bk 11 deal. the principal creditors are on firm ground, we all know it is more than they [the principal creditors believe is forthcoming from the current operators] I'm hoping the eshc can start up, the mine/mill that is, and get a revenue flow so the judge can include that positive, no need to hide the debt, we're in the courtroom, haven't you noticed? happy trails
