It's a dynamic, volatile situation. Not a static one. That's just the way it is. Right now the shareholders hold 100% of the float and the OS. Until the AS is raised or the reverse split occurs...that's just the way it is. The price per share will react accordingly to pressures and expectations put upon it. Without any actual dilutive pressures. Publicly traded companies are always valued on their potential, as you know. We'll have to see what investors think of the new company's potential.
