I find it odd that she (Judge Walrath) released this opinion letter before scheduled business like depos have been concluded. If she asked for a 1 month extension why rush to release this opinion letter on Jan 7th?

I think Mrs. Walrath will be retiring to a nice personal tropical island soon. Someone bought her, imo.
