resident of JRIV, just bought 20 mil shares of recent. Had a 1 for 2,000 in Feb. Has to have LOW O/S. Hit .0003, then closed thursday at .0001.

Those 20 million can't have cost him very much. They did a 1:2000 r/s in February, and they're already down to 0.0001??

What does that tell you?
