Let's see the agreement of this so called pump and dump? Those charged by the SEC today have no formal agreement anywhere with Bederra. The company has hired someone (Rhodes) to help forge a new road ahead for the company. The PR came with no pump and definitely no dump. The global lock is still in full affect so there is no other reason to be in business if this were a pump and dump from the beginning other than what has been stated by the company. Graham would be gone by now trying this some other way.
