The fda is just another government bueracacy (sp) in the US that doesn't have a clue, or understands there are major players in this country that don't like the competition.
Think about all the drugs that are used in other countries but you can't get here even though they are identical and less expensive. I take one. Cephalon can charge 10.00 (yes dollars) a pill here but the generic which is all the Cephalon pill is is less than a dollar out of the country.
I believe it will get through...but I don't care where the revenue comes from for the bottom line...just as long as it comes.
